have a cold and wanna go to a show tomorrow. i’ve had the cold for about 5 days now. Found some clindamycin I never took for a tooth that is still good until 11/09. Will it act against my head cold if i take it tonight and tomorrow?

Probably not, most colds are viral and clindamycin is really good against oral bacteria.
If you had sinusitis, an ear infection, or a dental infection on top of the cold it would help, but clinda wont do much. You’re better off using some decongestants/tylenol before the show
