My daughter takes Abilify and she is hungry all of the time. It has not decreased her appetite.
I’m on Abilify and Welbutrin, and since I’ve been on it, I’ve gained quite a bit of weight. I’ve been tired a lot of the time too.
Im so sorry you have to be on so many medz. I was on Zyprexa about five years ago and i could not for the life of me, get out of bed before 430pm each day! No matter what time i went to sleep! I know that Zyprexa and Prosac make you gain alot of weight, but i was only on Zyprexa ( Olanzapine) for three months and it did not have such an effect on me.
Does yure lack of sex drive affect yure relationship? Im sure the weight gain has given you not only self esteem issues but health issues as well? Are the medz worth it:? Are you out of control without them? I only want to askk all the well rounded questions to you to make sure you remember to look at the big picture.
I have not tried abilify but i am looking on their web page now ( ) Can i ask you why you are on all the drugz to begin with? What iz or are the disorderz you suffer? They only mention Bipolar 1 disorder and no other denomination…..Do you only medicate or are you seeing a therapist to help you deal with all of this stuff first hand? I would say just really do yure research and go with yure gutz.

I don’t know if it will help you lose weight, but for me, I didn’t gain weight.
I take Abilify 10 mg and it has been weight neutral for me.
The medication has helped me most with depression. I took Abilify with Lamictal and I had a lot of anxiety with that combination.
Then I mixed the Abilify with Geodon and I became more calm.

This is pretty normal for any medications…I was in your same situation and tried everything to restore it. I switched pills a couple times and gave up, the libido was just not coming back. I then found a natural herbal enhancer that is supposed to increase your sex drive and a couple other things. It’s called Hersolution gel, read up about it at herenhancement.com where I saved on it at the time. However it’s like an instant libido rush and as I kept using it my sex drive was through the roof and continues to be. The sensation blast is great too, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had multiple orgasms when before I couldn’t even get a single one. Theres also capsules you can take that I’ve heard are better but I don’t like swallowing many pills throughout the day. I was skeptical at first but the return policy was so great that the company was offer. From what I remember you had to try it out for a couple months but then you had time afterwards to return it for a full money back if it didn’t work. I didn’t have that problem as you can see.
