I went in for a routine pap smear and a little bit of yeast showed up in the culture. She put me on diflucan to get rid of a yeast infection. Before the diflucan, I had no symptoms of a infection. Everything was just peachy. Then as soon as I started taking the diflucan, a cottage cheese like disgusting looking discharge appeared on the condom. Could diflucan cause this? How long will this discharge last?

That clumpy discharge is the yeast infection. You actually shouldn’t be having sex for about a week when you take diflucan. You need to make sure you’re cleared up before you start having sex again.
