All these answers are ****!

Take 40mg one or two hours before. Too much reduces the effect for me.

"Recreational abuse" LOL.

And yes, they do work for stage fright. I’m also giving a presentation this week, and yes, I’ll be having my propranolol!

It depends on your weight, what other meds you’re on, etc. Don’t medicate yourself, it’s dangerous.

I think the best medicine for this particular situation is a couple of deep breaths. If you are having to ask for a dosage, then it’s obviously this medication is not prescribed to you so you should talk to your physician if you are facing serious anxiety issues.

Propranolol for stage fright? That’s a new one. Propranolol is a heart beta blocker which cannot be taken recreationally. In fact, you can have serious consequences if you stop taking it. If you have stage fright seek a herbalist for chinese herbs such as "Xiao Yao Wan" or "Valerian".

NEVER take prescription medications not prescribed by a doctor for you.
