My friend is always trying to hurt herself i’ve tried to get her to speak to counselors but she won’t let them help and now she has taken roughly two paracetamol, four anadin extra and about six ibuprofen (thats all that was in her cup board ) i don’t think she was trying to kill herself just cause pain! she wouldn’t let me do anything so her parents told me to go home while they sort it.
will she be ok ? what will those drugs do to her if left un-treated ?

call 911. get her in lots of trouble, but keep her alive.
She’ll be fine. She’s f##king with your head. This is a cruel thing that people do to get attention. All the time you give her the attention, she will play on it. Next time you see her tell her that you are willing to be supportive but if she does that s##t again you’ll have nothing more to do with her.
If someone properly overdoses on paracetamol, they can cause irreparable damage to their internal organs and die a slow and painful death. She may have taken enough to make her feel a bit ill but nothing more.
I had an ex girlfriend try this again and again. Eventually I was psychologically drained and told her to get on with it. 20 years later and she’s still alive.
