Darvocet N 100 is 100 mg of a drug called propoxyphene and 650 mg of a drug called acetaminophen (Tylenol). Propoxyphene is a narcotic pain reliever, while acetaminophen is a pain reliever and fever reducer which helps increase the effects of the propoxyphen. Darvocet N is usually used to treat mild to moderate pain.
