Please include any details, experiences and resources. I need to find out why some of us are told to take Clomid on days 3 to 7 and others are told 5 to 9. What is the difference and which is worked for you. Please include some history of your experience. Thank you so much!

Some are under the impression that CD5-9 makes more mature follies, while CD3-7 makes more (in quantity) follies. So it’s a matter of quality versus quantity.
However, when I asked my fertility speciallist, he said there’s no difference. It’s a matter of doctor preference. Some women respond better to CD5-9, while others respond better to CD3-7. Depending on the patient’s history, some doctors will even do CD1-5 or CD 2-6.
Good luck.
