There are new ones but they won’t be on the market because it is expensive to get FDA approval –very expensive; and the three current ones already saturate the market.
There has been a limited amount of research comparing the drugs; I believe it showed that both the newer drugs, Levitra and Cialis were preferred to Viagra, and one study I believe showing that Cialis was preferred overall; perhaps paid for by the maker of Cialis. But not all subjects agreed.
The advantage of Cialis is that it is a longer lasting PDE-5 inhibitor; and so allows more spontaneity in planning sexual activity.
Yes – it’s called abstinence from smoking, drinking, drugs, crappy diet – and getting more exercise & sleep.

If you are a relatively young person – say 15-30, you shouldn’t need any of these drugs. Ican understand you might think one of these would enhance your performance & it might. I don’t know what would happen if you stop using the one you choose.
