		<description>Cipro would not be the first drug of choice for a sinus infection.  You don&#039;t want to build up a resistance to that antibiotic when there are others that are better for URIs.  Are you sure you actually have an URI, and not just a virus?  It&#039;s not good to take antibiotics unless you really need them. :)</description>
