No supplement can specifically claim to lower blood glucose, but there are several that help to maintain a healthy balance of glucose (which helps a lot of people). There’s Cinnamon, Gymnema Sylvestre, Mulberry, Bitter Melon, Alpha Lipoic Acid, and Fenugreek that are the most popular. You may want to double check with a doctor or at least a pharmacist to make sure it won’t be too little or too much support for you (especially if you have something as severe as diabetes or something). Good luck!

Most of the herbs which lower blood glucose, assuming the cause is type 2 diabetes, work by slowing the absorption of glucose from the intestine. This can also be done by avoiding overcooking starchy food. However, a herbs which works differently than this is goat’s rue, Galega officinalis, which actually doesn’t appear to work at all. Onions can also lower blood glucose, so simply eating a lot of them might do it. Otherwise, there’s kelp (Fucus vesiculosus), burdock (Arctium lappa), cinnamon and stinging nettles (Urtica dioica). Therefore, try nettle tea. Notice also that several of these remedies taste sweet, which might be linked to a reflex release of insulin.
I’ve heard that cinnamon helps lower blood sugar levels.
Best of luck with finding what you need!
