What are the side effects of coming off of Depakote ER?

And how long does it take to come out of your system. I have been on it 6 years. Has anyone else been on it that long. I go to the psych dr. Tomorrow but would like to know of others experiences. I want to know what I am going to be going through and if the withdraws if any, are going to be bad and how long will they last- reminder I have been on it along time.
