I suffer with depression, but also anxiety and paranoia. I take prozac which helps the depression but seem to make the anxiety and paranoia worse. I understand these issues are caused by high levels of norepinephrine and dopamine in the brain.
simon can you give the names of the antipsychotic medicines so that I can ask my doctor about prescribing them.
I’ve taken olanzepine once before but didn’t see much difference.

Prozac have very little effect on norepinephrine and dopamine in the brain, taking a low dose of a typical antipsychotic will help with the anxiety and paranoia.
