Orangemen39 asked: I’ve been on Zoloft 100mg for 3 weeks and have had severe anxiety the last week. This has evelvated my OCD Symptoms. My doctor added Abilify to alleviate the anxiety. Will I notice a difference in 1 to 2 days? Will Abilify help in the effectiveness of the Zoloft
