I just came from the Dr’s office not that long ago today and he gave me a scrip for glucophage to hopefully regulate my periods in the hope to get pregnant. Has anyone else taking this what kind of symptoms have you had? My doc told me that the most common side effect was diarrhea. I was also wondering has anyone achieved getting pregnant while on glucophage? Thanks

The side effect you mentioned is the only one I experienced. It only lasts about a week or so. I was started on it in February. It messed with my period for awhile- I had a "light" period for a whole month. The doc said that was normal, and it was just the meds regulating my cycle. She said it takes about 3 months or so to regulate and work all the kinks out.
I haven’t had any luck in the PG department so far. But I started my first round of Clomid this month, so hopefully the combo of those two will work some magic.
