You now need to purchase insurance and pay a copay on all meds. Canada is also similar. The government of these small country’s cant afford it. How can americans. Think of it this way increasing your taxes so you can have a new already proven to fail system. A system that will force you to buy added insurance and still dig in your pocket for a co pay.
