Explain exactly how you are feeling, they are the ones who will know more about how your body will react when the medicine is out of your system. Some medicines you have to gradually ween off of them and some it doesn't matter. Sometimes you might not feel like a medicine is working, when it really is and things could be a lot worse off of them... the opposite is also true. PLEASE do not try and regulate your medication yourself talk to your doctor and let them help you.. that is what they are there for! Hope this helps :) TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR!
