My dog is on reglan for vomiting, and she hasnt been vomiting but I just needed to know if I can go ahead and let her eat after she has taken the medicine. She has been keeping her food and medicine down for the last 2 days though. I just didnt want a negative effect if she eats right after taking Reglan.

  1. Reglan needs to be given on an empty stomach. It is advised to give it a full 30 minutes before feeding.

  2. wait a half hour, so it has a chance to work now that you’ve given it to her.

  3. I myself have taken Reglan for nausea. I would probably wait 30 minutes or so to let the medicine take effect so just in case she vomits, then she won’t vomit the medicine.
