I am on my 4th day of taking Chantix. I just took the am pill, tonight I start with the pm pill. My question is when do you start to feel it working? I have not noticed any change yet. Any other tips you have would be great.

It worked for me, dont thinkor know if it caused damage.
I just kept smoking and on around the 2 1/2 month , i just woke up and didnt want another cigarette, didnt crave one, nothing. quit taking chantix at the three month mark and havent wanted a cigarette since, more than two years ago.
I was a heavy smoker for many years.
Didn’t you hear that Chantix has been recalled? It’s been linked to suicide, seizure, death, etc. I would stop taking it immediately.
None of these products work, you have to learn to quit smoking cold turkey, just like I did!!
I took a pill to quit smoking, but it had a different name, but if it is the pill you take whilst still smoking then it is probably the same, and it takes anything up to a week to notice any change, but when you do it will be almost sudden like sickness and the idea is that you throw those ciggies in the bin, it took me 11 days and iv’e been smoke free for 7 years, now if I think about smoking it makes me feel sick!
I am on them tablets 2 months now and i have to say that they are brilliant. By the middle of week 2 cigarettes were not having the same taste/effect. I stopped smoking completely on day 14 as the taste was awful. I have been off cigarettes 2 months now.
My aunt was affected differently she was off them by the end of week 1 as the cigs tasted awful to her. (i would have been a heavier smoker!) Just enjoy the fact that you can smoke for another few days cos you will miss the enjoyment of a cig!
This drug is bad news…suicidal behaviour, homicidal ideation, aggression, violence. Besides these possible side effects, a blog about chantix will also make you think twice about swallowing another pill. Kidney failure within 3 weeks.
