Im 5wks pregnant and I have hypothyroidism after treatment for hyperthyroidism. I am looking for support/answers from women who also have hypothyroidism. I won’t be able to see the endocrinologist for another week. Should I go ahead and take a bit of extra hormone daily until my visit? I am asking because yesterday I felt very fatigued and had muscle aches. I’m currently on 88mcg levothroid. Other than that I feel fine

NO Dont up you dose!! One of the side effect for an overdose of thyroid meds is heart palpitations. This is not something you can just play with that is why the dr sends you for a T4 level before adjusting your dose.. Not to mention it could also make you Hyperthyroid (while you take the higher dose) and that is NO good for the baby.
