Polyene antifungals cannot be absorbed when given by mouth so why Nystatin can be administered orally?

by oral administration, I think of tablets, capsules, syrups and anything taken by mouth

Nystatin is used in the treatment of oral and intestinal candidiasis. Following oral administration, nystatin is sparingly absorbed, with no detectable blood levels when given in the recommended doses. Most of the unabsorbed nystatin is passed unchanged in the stool. Nystatin is virtually nontoxic and nonsensitizing and is well tolerated by all age groups including debilitated infants, even in prolonged administration.

It’s my understanding that when it’s given orally, it’s to treat the mouth or GI tract. It doesn’t get absorbed, it’s working where it’s being put.

Maybe our pharmacist can add more.
