Make certain with the doctor that the fever and high triglycerides are not related to some other medication or condition that is not addressed. Vaccinations can sometimes cause a mild fever, an antihistamine might prevent this, something to discuss with your doctor.

Be careful in that continued use of paracetamol over 10 days can lead to serious liver damage, minimize its use, the commericals for these types of products are for maximal sales, not to inform as to proper use.

Below is the FDA link regarding the drug, including dosing information.

Keep in mind the patient information included, it states that behavioural changes including aggression can occur with Keppra.

Keppra is add on therapy for seizures, look at the studies, the placebo effect is large, it really does not seem that impressive, but if you need it you need it.

There are things that can trigger seizures that should be avoided, these include:
caffeine
alcohol , even very small amounts found in cough/cold products (actually it is after the alcohol leaves the body the brain is more prone to seizures for several days).

rapidly flashing lights, including rapid image changes from TV/Movies/Videos

some other drugs like antipsychotics can lower the seizure threshold (unrelated to this they can cause neuroleptic malignant syndrome, that causes fever).

As listed on the fda website 20mg/kg/day is usual starting dose and the dose can gradually be raised up to a maximal of 60mg/kg/day.

Below is a Merck Manual link you might want to explore, its sort of a medical textbook, it can be trusted, but keep in mind a drug company publishes it:
