Percent change of original permeability?

by Admin on September 2, 2010

If the partition coefficient between the duragesic patch and the patient’s skin increased from 219 to 391, due to the way the patient applied the patch, by how much would the permeability of the skin increase? Express this is the form of percent change relative to the original permeability.

Anyone have any idea how to do this or even where to start?

I thought i would use the equation P (permeability) = DK/h but i dont have those two numbers?
