What have been your experiences with Ambien?

I didn’t have any adverse effects from it. Although for me it really didn’t work that well, I still woke up earlier than I should have. Maybe the extended release would work better. I was really under a lot of stress too, so that may have effected how it worked for me.

i have been taking ambien cr for a couple of months as needed.just don’t want to take it unless i feel i need it and it does really help.

my mom took it and she said it didnt work that well. She couldnt fall into a deep sleep she would get really groggy and start hallucinating. She would see things that werent there. Nothing crazy, but she thought the fan was on because she saw it moving. She also started talking to herself hahaha. But the good news is it only happened when she took the medicene. It didnt make her permanetly crazy.

oh yeah, it works. Take it while yoare laying in the bed eady for the night. It will knock you right out. Do’nt take it if you are’nt ready for bed. It wont work that way. Have a good night.
