With only your best interest in mind…
Did your doctor prescribe it for you?
If so, what was your blood pressure in the doctor’s office?
Are you checking your blood pressure on a digital device?
How old are you?
Do you have a heart condition? Do you have diabetes?
Do you have a doctor? You can call your doctor’s office and pose this question to them. A nurse should call you back with an answer to this question. 130/90 isn’t bad, but strangers don’t know anything about you and I would not seek medical advice from people who don’t know anything about you.
Try closing your eyes for just two minutes and take deep relaxing breaths. If your mind drifts away just become aware of it and go back to your breath. Then take your blood pressure again and see if it is any better. (it may sound dumb, but it is worth a try)
