Depo Lupron injection for Central Precocious Puberty is her diagnosis. Does anyone know anything about agencies that offer help to pay for perscribed drugs? The insurance pays some of it, but my friend still needs to pay 0 a shot after co-pay.
I worked for a pediatrician for many years, I was amazed at how many children suffer from this condition. You might try the manufacturer of the drug, they usually have a plan that will help defray some of the cost, based on income. You can also try generic, speak with the pediatrician and see if he will use generic.

Depo Lupron is made by Teva i do believe. It also has a generic at a cheaper rate. Make sure the doctor is prescribing a generic. I also found this article online that had some alternative medications.
leuprolide acetate is the same drug and half the cost
