Effexor works perfectly for me except for the fact that I am ALWAYS hungry on it, and I want to lose weight, not gain weight. Is there something that can help with that, maybe some sort of supplemental medication?
Is there something to curb increased appetite while on Effexor?

I never found any. I gained 50 pounds on effexor before I changed back to lexapro, no more appetite and no horrible withdrawl symptoms!
