One shouldn’t really expect a food to act like a drug… after all, there are no where near as high of an effect (not as immediate of an impact) or as high of a problem of side effects with foods.
However, there are several natural supplements that many people use for sexual health and intimacy issues. The most popular natural passion products are Tribulus, Maca, Horny Goat Weed, Yohimbe, Avena Sativa, Tongkat Ali (or LongJax), L-Arginine, and L-Citrulline. Each of those help a different aspect of sexual health, so you might need to try a few.
Not per say, however there are foods you can eat that conceivably could help you in that area. Garlic and olive oil, for example, are good for cardiovascular health, and anything that’s good for cardiovascular health will help you downstairs. Ginger is supposed to be of some help, so is cayenne pepper. Raw eggs are high in choline, and choline is the pre-cursor to the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, which mediates an erection via the parasympathetic nervous system. Nuts are good, too. Almonds contain the amino acid l-phenylalanine, which is a pre-cursor to dopamine, and dopamine is often called the "sex neurotransmitter". Peanuts are a decent source of vitamin e (sometimes called the "sex vitamin"), and arginine, which is the precursor to nitric oxide (nitric oxide is needed to get an erection). Peanuts also contain the antioxidant resveratrol, which is good for cardiovascular health. Any food high in zinc (like oysters) will help. Bananas are good, being high in potassium and B-6. Herbal supplements like maca and schizandra and damiana and tongkat ali can help too.
