Hi all was just wondering if it would be worth taking clomid or agnus castus (herbal) if tests show im ovulating? Hubby and i been trying for a baby for 14 months now!
Is there any point in taking clomid if tests show im ovulating?

You have to weigh the pros and cons for clomid.
Pro-slightly higher chance of multiple eggs, and a higher chance of multiples
con- slightly higher chance of dry CM which is hostle to sperm; and a higher chance to thinning of the uterine lining which makes it more dfficult for the egg to implant. and mutliples has increased m/c risk
if you are already ovulating, i would say there really isnt a benefit to taking clomid, it may backfire.
Have you considered that the problem may be other than ovulation,maybe its your husband? If youve been trying for 14 months, you should really make an appt with a reproductive endocronologist to make sure there isnt anything wrong with you or your husband. Your DH should have a sperm analysis
