(there are a lot of fake/copy versions of it, if it's cheaper then £3.99 it's a fake) Edit_ dam there was this excellent one that i got a sample of, cant remember what it was! if i do i'll write it down, it's about £24 for the gel but it's dam good! Edit_2 it's gone cheaper then when i first saw it, 'joint ace' there are a few diffrent ones, the 'Vitabiotics Jointace Gel Chondroitin + Glucosamine' is the one i used and it was really good. it's cheap on ebay, but in shops it's expensive. there are also tablets or patch's of it.
