Your best (and safest) bet would be to ask a pharmacist if there are any interactions listed between the drugs you're wanting to take. Doctors and pharmacists both have access to a database of drug and supplement interactions and they can tell you quickly if you can safely take them together or not.... anyone here will just have a best guess from searching on the internet (which isn't always accurate, as we all know) ;-)
I don't personally imagine there would be a problem, but I don't have access to that database either... I would give them a quick call and ask. http://www.drugs.com/mtm/atenolol.html even points out that their list of drug interactions is "not complete and there may be other drugs that can interact with atenolol. Tell your doctor about all the prescription and over-the-counter medications you use."
Good luck and I hope I helped!

Yes it is quite safe. When in doubt, you can always ask a pharmacist free of charge, as that is part of their duty and professional obligation.

I agree with Oldtimekid that generally on this board you shouldn't be asking questions about prescription drugs, or drug interactions, as most people who answer questions here do not have that knowledge, or access to reliable resources.

im pretty sure it's safe, just cause your pharmacy where you get your atenolol filled, they will help you for free...... :) always check with your pharmacy and don't rely on what people here tell you in case some jerk gives you a bogus answer.
