Is it safe to take claritin while pregnant?

Hey all : )

I am 6 months pregnant and I am having some type of allergies, and I would like to know is it safe to take claritin while pregnant?

BBG #2 Due Oct. 21st! November 23, 2009 at 4:48 am: Yes, it’s better than Benadryl, but I can take that too if needed. I’m not sure about claritin D though.

For my allergies my doctor said I can take Zyrtec and Benedryl. Also Afrin nose spray for the stuffy nose…

Of see the info on the box that says if a pregnant woman can take it. I dont really think it would do harm because its not like you are going to constantly take it. But just to be safe, call your doctor. Its better to make sure.
