I took a 24 hour claritin this morning around 8:30,now its 10 p.m. I’m miserable with seasonal allergies and want to sleep good. Is it dangerous or too soon to take benadryl? It seems to me the claritin only works for half the time.

My son has really bad allergies, and on a trip to the doctor last year I asked him the same thing. He said you could use them together, as they both contain different chemicals and work two different ways.
they’re entirely different meds. ask your pharmacist or doctor. since Claritin doesn’t work for you, schedule a follow up appointment with your allergist.
