If your are in discomfort then it’s fine. nothing bad will happen
Sudafed is basically a decongestant where Claratin is for allergies. It should take care of your congestion but won’t help with the itchy nose or the headache. I would just wait for the Claratin personally.

These two medications ar not known to react. There are not normally any adverse drug reactions between them.
