I was having leg cramps and i found two blue tablets so i took them thinking they were tylenol but then i found the box they came from and they are sleep aid pills with no pain reliever. Would it be safe to take one flexeril (muscle relaxer) with the diphenhydramine to get rid of my leg cramps?

If I’m not mistaken antihistamines are sometimes prescribed with analgesics and muscle relaxers to potentiate the effects. It’s probably safe, but I’m no doctor.
Call a pharmacist, they can likely tell you right away.

Samantha K is the best answerer – better call the pharmacist that dispensed the flexeril. My concern would be respiratory depression.
