The amount of opiod in this case isn't really the issue- it is the amount of tylenol. Tylenol is very toxic to your liver. If you have more than 4G in a day (8 Darvocet 50's) or 3 Darvocet 100's. You can really screw up your liver with tylenol. Better option is to take some anti-inflammatories (Motrin, Nurofen) along with the darvocet 50's. Use a heating pad. And try to keep moving.
