Is is safe to take Tylenol cold during the first trimester?

I am only about 6 weeks along. I am coming down with a cold and I was wondering if anyone knows if it’s safe to take Tylenol cold?

Yes you CAN take Tylonel, but NO IBPROFIN! Tylonel is perfectly safe during pregnancy.

You can take Tylenol Cold, but not the multi-symptom Tylenol. I never found just the plain Tylenol Cold though. :(
