You can absolutely improve your ejection fraction. It doesn’t have to stay at 34%. After a heart attack your heart muscle can be "stunned" from the damage done. Medication will improve the pumping action of your heart. This, along with aerobic exercise, will make the parts of your heart not damaged by the heart attack stronger, therefore able to pump better. Talk to your doctor about cardiac rehab, it’s very important to do this so your heart can get stronger. Your ejection can improve, but it takes time.

LAD is the widow maker! If your still 2 months out then you still have some recuperating to do. Your ejection fracture does not spontaneously get better, you live with what you have. Coreg will just help your heart pump better. Keep up the good work of eating healthy and exercising, thats one of the best things you can do to prevent another heart attack.
