And if you&#039;re tested for drugs and you have a legitimate prescription for it - it&#039;s ok.</description>

Ultracet is a well known analgesic that combines two analgesics (tramadol 37.5 mg and acetaminophen 325 mg). So, if you have a prescription with you, that shouldn&#039;t be a problem. 

However, if you DO NOT have a prescription, you may be in trouble. as Tramadol (component of Ultracet) abuse is becoming more and more popular, mainly because in most countries (including USA), tramadol is the only available non-scheduled opiate!!
