Apparently the Nexium isn’t working too well today. I haven’t eaten anything really spicy or greasy, but I suddenly got awful heartburn. Would it hurt me to take some Maalox or Tums?

  1. Chew mint gum, or pop in a MINT altoid. Mint is a natural antacid- As is plain yogurt. Lastly, another really good remedy for tummy issues: Black Liccorice

  3. You can take papaya pills for your stomach problems. You can get them at any health food store. They taste really good & you just take 4 or 5 before you eat, (chew them up).
