I recently took a split panel drug test that showed up propoxyphene. I take Vicoprofen but not Darvocet-N.?

How is this possible? I was asked to resign because propoxyphen was not on the list of drugs I gave my employer. Can anyone help me? If I can show her it was something on my list she might reconsider.

That’s impossible that they didn’t know the following information

Darvocet-N
Active Ingredients: Acetaminophen and Propoxyphene
Representative Names: APAP and Propoxyphene, Darvocet A500, Darvocet-N, E-Lor, Genagesic, Propacet, Wygesic
Available Product Images:

Good luck….she needs to resign.

You are on hydrocodone, a higly addictive drug. Is that on your list?

all these drugs are related usually from a opiate base and are "cousins" many drugs as they are metabilized break down in the liver into other compounds that can be read on a drug test

different foods can cause positive drug tests, poppy seeds, even zantac, taken for acid reflux can cause a positive drug test for benzoids i believe it is.

vicoprofen is hydrocodone with ibuprofen, porpoxyphene is brocken down into norporpoxyphene,
