No way – you lost it, your fault.
Ask your doctor for another prescription as the old refill trick will not work. And yes, you will have to pay for it – that’s the price you pay for being so careless.
Yes, you will have to pay for it. If you bought any other item, no matter what it was, you would have to pay for another one if it were lost. Nothing for nothing in this world.
Sorry about your loss…but it’s just money.
