Just read what the expire date is.
And then you can see whether you can still use it

I wouldn’t.
My guess is that if you have kept it in a cool dry place for four years you will be OK, but if it has been in very hot weather conditions I would throw it out. Just imho.
Did you check the bottle for an expiration date?
