		<description>Your not talking about expired Advil - Darvocet is a serious pain killer and I&#039;m not sure what side effects you&#039;ll get (if any) taking expired meds. It&#039;s not worth the risk. If you are in that much pain go to the emergency room and get some tests and a good prescription. Try a hot shower on your back and some ibuprofen for now and see if it helps. Maybe a massage will help also.</description>
