you should be talking to your doctor before changing any meds, sometimes adding another med that works with your body in a different way helps a little better than just increasing doses of one you’re already taking. Start writing a journal with when you take your meds and your corelating blood pressures thoughout the day for at least a week or two, then talk to your doctor, maybe he/she needs to switch somethings around.
PS, I don’t know if you did it on purpose, but people that are not in the medical profession would not be able to understand your question
good luck!!
Well depends one when you avg pressure is. What is your pressure in the morn and in the evening. Make sure you are taking it correctly with you sitting in a chair, with your feet on the floor, back against the chair. Make sure you sit quietly for 5 minutes before taking it. Because if you have a stressful job, you blood pressure can very that much. If you blood pressure is higher in the morn adn evening then I might consider adding something. But I would think of a CCB, beta-blocker or diurectic.
