I am taking Flagyl, an antibiotic,I broke out with a mild redness under my armpits,belly folds and around my upper leg areas. Will taking allegy medicine help with these side effects from the Flagyl? I am also taking Levaquin also.

Yes benadryl is the right thing to take for the allergic reaction. But don’t take my advice. Call your doctor.
