If you don’t already know how to do these things, it sounds like you are in no way qualified to be doing any of this.
Start with medical school?

A: Hire a lawyer who specializes in corporation law
Q: how would I do research
A: Hire a person with a PhD in biochemistry or pharmacology
Q: market the product.
A: Hire an MBA specialist in marketing
Q: who would i go to to manufactuer it?
A: a generic drug manufacturing company
Q: Do I need FDA approval to sell it in stores?
A: Only if you make claims on the label that the product treats disease.
