Only a vet can answer this. I hope I’m thinking ignorantly and that you’re not self-diagnosing your dog. That’s some serious drug and I’m assuming that, if you were provided with the medication by your vet, he or she would have told you how much to inject. It doesn’t make much sense otherwise.
The best medical attention your dog will get is from your local vet.
Please don’t give your dog a needle without direction from a vet. It’s best for both of you.
