I suggest watching what you eat and exercising about 30 minutes daily to lose your weight safely. You don&#039;t have to starve yourself. You don&#039;t have to exercise too vigorously. Just balance your exercise and diet. Not too much or too little.

It is easy to blame a drug, but Prozac is not associated with alot of weight gain. Perhaps your mood at the time you were placed on the drug contributed to your weight. Try giving yourself credit for not being depressed now and pursue a healthy lifestyle. 

It will work longer in the long run.</description>
