I have been on it about 2 weeks and I don’t feel any difference yet.
If anybody has had good results with Celexa, please let me know how long it took, and what or how you felt when it began to have an effect on you?

It can take 2-4 weeks or so for you to feel the effects of any new medication. With this type of drug, the dosage may need adjusted. Also, talk to your friends and family, see if they have noticed a difference in you. Sometimes the effects aren’t obvious to you right away but others notice. If you’re new to taking this class of drug, just know it can take years to find what works for you. My husband was treated with different medications for 10 years before finding the right one.

Celexa is a SSIR (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor). With SSRIs it can take while before you begin to feel the effects, about 4-6 weeks.
Today is the 1 month mark of me taking Celexa. I went on a higher dosage about a week ago. My depression is definitely lifting, however I can tell I still have a way to go.
