My husband was prescribed Voltaren last year when his back went out and when he went back to work soon after that, he quit taking the medicine because he was worried it would stay in his system too long. His job calls for random drug testing once in a while and right now, even though it’s been about 7 months, he wants to be sure it will be out of his system by sometime tomorrow. Can anyone help? By the way, we both know of the serious side effects and that is one of the reasons he quit taking it after a couple times. Thanks in advance!

Voltaren is just an extra strength NSAID. It wouldn’t be of any concern if it showed up in a drug test. It doesn’t stay in system long. Like an Advil would.
